BigBrother embarked on a transformative journey with a singular vision: to empower Sierra Leonean youth through education, skills development, and community engagement. With a deep-rooted passion for social change and a keen understanding of the challenges facingyoung people in Sierra Leone, BigBrother founded YouthBuild SL.

Driven by the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive, Big Brother has dedicated years to building a sustainable platform for positive change. Under his leadership, YouthBuild SL has become a beacon of hope for thousands of young individuals, providing them with access to quality education, vocational training, and leadership development.

In a remarkable achievement, Big Brother spearheaded efforts to attain Special Consultative Status for YouthBuild SL in the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). This global recognition not only validates the impactful work being done by YouthBuild SLbut also amplifies its voice on the international stage. Through Big Brother's strategic leadership and tireless advocacy, YouthBuild SL has earned a seat at the table where decisions are made, allowing it to contribute to global conversations on youth empowerment, education, and sustainable development, since 2022.

Big Brother's unwavering commitment to youth empowerment has not only transformed individual lives but has also sparked a ripple effect of change throughout communities inSierra Leone and beyond. As the CEO of YouthBuild SL, I am honored to lead an organization that is dedicated to unlocking the potential of young people across Sierra Leone. At YouthBuild SL, we believe that education is the cornerstone of empowerment, and our mission is to provide marginalized youth with the tools they need to succeed.

Since our inception, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to creating pathways to opportunity for the youth of Sierra Leone. Through our comprehensive programs, we offer not only academic and vocational training but also mentorship, leadership development, and community service opportunities.
