Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the YouthBuild SL! As a youth-based organization serving over 1,000 individuals each year, YBSL relies on the time and talents of its others to fulfill its mission to empower a diverse population of youth to achieve a successful transition to adulthood through multi-cultural, comprehensive, and innovative programs that address youths’ social, academic, and career needs. Each year, YBSL volunteers donate hundreds of hours to individual and group projects ranging from homework tutoring, space beautification, or serving meals at our annual community holiday celebration.
There are opportunities for a variety of interests and availability. Our openings vary throughout the year, so please check back often or sign-up for volunteer alerts.

Celebrating Foday Sesay's success story!
After overcoming financial challenges by joining YouthBuild SL, he excelled in the electrical department. Graduating in 2020, guided by his trainer Prince Kenesie, Foday continued his journey at Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science & Technology (EBKUST), earning a degree in Electrical Engineering.
